- chore: clean-ups
- fix: ensure the network is always set or error otherwise
- fix: preserve order of nodes
- use a proper assertion lib - remove deprecated code/libs - replace sirupsen log with slog - small code clean-ups (error checking, etc.)
this is to not confuse ansible about current setup and future setup when expanding a cluster where the manager might then be selected as a the first one because of how openstack returns the servers.
