Replaces the legacy `github:hraness/kb` scripts with the pinned Wordcell 0.24.0 release. `refresh`, `check`, `agents check`, and `catalog` keep their options. - Adds `kb:search`, local exact search that attaches each result's best-matching source excerpt (`--selected-passage`). - Points the vault guide's context command at the same pinned release. Verified locally: `wordcell check --root kb` and `wordcell agents check --root kb --repo .` pass with the 0.24.0 source.
