The README now begins with a concrete Todo example: choose a named scenario, toggle an actual checkbox, and inspect the resulting state. It explains the separate production and Direct entries, session reset and quiescence, and fetch-only fixture interception with examples traced to the checked application.
The required knowledge-base check also exposed an existing extra heading in AGENTS.md. Formatting that label as bold text preserves every instruction and satisfies the two-heading guide contract.
Validation: seven focused Todo tests (23 assertions), independent source review, KB refresh, the integrating KB and agent-guide checks, and an independent KB lane pass. Complete current-head CI passes: run 36358191332, attempt 1, including check, Required, and CodeQL; the checked integration commit is dc6ca1c. No product runtime or package boundary changes.
