Prepare GhostGet 0.18.64 studio release retry

Prepare GhostGet 0.18.64 to publish the merged studio design. The 0.18.63 tag was annotated and failed the lightweight-tag authority check before publication; it remains unchanged.

This updates current version pins and rebuilt distribution files. Two official Node 24.20.0 / npm 11.19.0 packs produced the same archive SHA-256 c7473c8d224d01213a6acde1e09dcfb8a0a4c602f48af2ab60f2ba4e00457b85: 12,152,868 packed bytes, 24,047,156 unpacked bytes and 624 entries. Package ceilings use that measurement with the existing platform and portability allowances.

Validation: 45 focused version/manifest tests passed with 2,709 assertions. The release suite passed 167 tests and exposed one stale measurement expectation; its corrected focused test passed all 286 assertions. Independent source, budget, and test review passed. Complete Required CI is the final source integration gate.

Superseded by merged #509 at 0330ab8, which already prepares 0.18.64 while preserving the studio design and rejected immutable 0.18.63 tag. Its package inventory includes the newly merged automatic updater; retaining that reviewed current-main candidate avoids a competing version-only release.
