Record the owner's 2026-09-27 approval for routine reviewed syncs to the existing Hugging Face dataset so future agents can complete maintenance without duplicate conversational approval. Preserve rights review, immutable study history, required repository gates, staged-file inspection, concurrency protection, and exact-revision hash verification; exclude new destinations, private data, paid resources, and expanded credential access.
