Installer rejects Bun 1.4.0 because it requires exactly 1.3.14

Description

The v0.1.2 installation preflight rejects Bun 1.4.0 because it requires Bun 1.3.14 exactly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install or select Bun 1.4.0.
2. Run the documented v0.1.2 tagged installer command:

Expected Behavior

The installer either accepts a supported newer Bun release or provides an installation path that does not require manually downgrading Bun.

Actual Behavior

Installation stops before staging:

InstallPreflightError: HRA installation requires Bun 1.3.14 exactly.
