Bumps @hraness/design-kit to v0.22.0 and vendors the wordcell icon set (6 illustrations + shared agent-skill/cli/sdk references + the kb mark) from the pinned package. sync:icons runs in the existing prebuild/dev sync chain and public/marks picks up the vetted mark; a parity test byte-compares the vendored files against the package.
