Summary

This is a feature branch for the implementation of the 2026 homepage updates.

Tasks:

• CAT-1502 Change organs to publications in counts bar
• CAT-1503 Add Research Powered by HuBMAP section
• CAT-1504 Add download button to HuBMAP Datasets graph
• CAT-1505 Implement navigation pill bar
• CAT-1506 Implement parallax component / analysis and visualizations
• CAT-1507 Implement Testimonials section (blocked pending availability of quotes)
• CAT-1508 Update Data Use Guidelines / Related Tools & Resources Sections
  • Taken care of as part of the initial commit due to tiny scope; only needed to combine the related tools and resources sections and add icons.
• CAT-1509 Implement Hero section

Testing

Cypress integration tests and unit tests will be added where appropriate.

Screenshots/Video

Desktop/mobile appearances are documented for each feature. Mobile screenshots are taken at 375px viewport width (iPhone 11 Pro) with an extended vertical viewport where necessary. Interactive/animated functionalities will be recorded.
