Summary

This PR:

• Integrates Say and See mode into the search page
• Replaces the visualization icon on the search page with the Vitessce logo (CAT-1552)
• Restores the search bar to the results table.
• Enhances the say and see back-end implementation to allow logged in users to request the public index when preferred
• Fixes resolution issues for working with local libraries

Testing

Locally tested by accessing without logging in, accessing while logging in as a non-HuBMAP user, and accessing while logged in as my usual account.

WIP - additional unit/integration tests.
