This PR adds the
spatialfield to the document, which will be populated by the presence of thespatialhint in the vitessce-hints. This will allow us to implement aSpatialfacet on the front-end's dataset search.Some unrelated job ID changes got caught in this PR since it's based off of
mainand those changes hadn't been merged into dev-integrate yet. My changes were only in theadd_assay_detailsandtest_assay_detailsfiles.
