Plethora Standard implementation

this has been pushed to plethora. I think this calls for an overhaul:

• Add support for 2D object groupings, maybe revive shatter.base #4 with the modification that shatter.base returns a subcanvas of the master that shatter is on rather than the literal terminal object.
• Subcanvas-ify shatter for compatibility with other programs.
