Source release: PR #51 merged at d7404a3, tagged desktop/v0.6.0-rc.1. This commit documents the release on main per Loci's CHANGELOG-on-main convention. Tag itself points to merge SHA (orthodox SemVer). Recovered 2026-05-19 by Cipher after force-push incident; content identical to lost 7400cb2 (sourced from PR #52 head 109b967).
