Triage: 2 red checks surfaced by the citation PR #110 #111

Description

@hyperpolymath

Summary

#110 adds the author's ORCID iD to this repo's citation metadata (an estate-wide rollout; it touches no code and no workflow). The checks below are red on its head. The PR edits only citation metadata, which none of these checks reads; where a check is also red on the default branch it predates the PR, and where it is not, the section below says the cause is not yet established. Per the standing rule, a red check is an issue with acceptance criteria, not a merge blocker; this is that issue for this repo. Cross-cutting governance reds are tracked separately in hyperpolymath/standards#994.

Failing checks (2)

Julia nightly - ubuntu

Also red on main @ abe0cda (2026-09-28).

Process completed with exit code 1.

  • Determine whether Julia nightly - ubuntu is fixed, retired, or accepted with a documented exemption. It may not stay undetermined.
  • If fixed: the check is green on main, and the fix is in the repo — not continue-on-error, not a demotion to a warning.

Julia nightly (crypto-enabled) - ubuntu-latest

Also red on main @ abe0cda (2026-09-28).

Process completed with exit code 1.

  • Determine whether Julia nightly (crypto-enabled) - ubuntu-latest is fixed, retired, or accepted with a documented exemption. It may not stay undetermined.
  • If fixed: the check is green on main, and the fix is in the repo — not continue-on-error, not a demotion to a warning.
