Goal

Run full existing test suite and document pathways, add comprehensive benchmarks, extend CI/CD, create project board.

1. Tests

• Frontend: 581 pass 5 todo 0 fail 3350 expects 415ms, coverage 40% funcs 47% lines
• Julia: 27 unit files 6830 lines, integration opt-in, server opt-in, CI 15-20 min, local sandbox RAM blocked 876Mi vs 2.5GB required
• Documented in docs/milestones/02-baseline-tests-benchmarks.md

2. Benchmarks

• table_loading, epistemic_parsing, duckdb_aggregation, permanova_nmds, tree_rendering
• Frontend 7 workloads, Julia 5 categories + comprehensive
• Baselines with >10% regression gate

3. CI/CD

• .github/workflows/ci.yml extended: tests+benchmarks on every push/PR, fail >10%, artifacts, new categories analysis-config and cladistic-explorer
• Codecov removed, gitar not found (grep -i returns 0)

4. Project Board
