docs: kcX is now kyX - #364

The planned projection compiler named kcX in D309/D313 is renamed kyX (owner ruling D334, hyperpolymath/standards#1234). Read it as "y for anything from X". Its sibling kcq was renamed kyq the same day (D333). Live references only; dated records keep the name they were written with. Signed-off-by: Jonathan D.A.
