fix(license): flip emitting templates' PMPL licence line -> MPL-2.0 (standards#645 §7a source fix) - #215
Conversation
…anonical (standards#645 §7a source fix) Runbook docs/migrations/pmpl-to-mpl-sweep-runbook.adoc §7a: fix at the source, then re-propagate, then clean residue. This commit is the source fix for the five template/config surfaces in this repo that propagate the 'License: PMPL-1.0-or-later' body line estate-wide: - llm-warmup-dev.adoc / llm-warmup-user.adoc (line 17; matches iseriser's already-canonical form) - QUICKSTART-MAINTAINER.adoc (line 109) - ABI-FFI-README.adoc (template License section) - stapeln.toml (license field; consumed by monorepo container builds) - www/.well-known/humans.txt (template licence line) LICENCE-POLICY Rule 1 (MPL-2.0/CC-BY-SA-4.0 default) + Rule 2 (developer- ecosystem absent from the PMPL register). Propagated instances inside this monorepo (iser-tools/*, v-ecosystem/* and the remaining body-text matches) are residue: left for re-propagation + per-category residue cleanup, per the runbook's ordering, and excluded carve-outs per §1/§3.

Resolve the conflicting licence declarations.
QUICKSTART-MAINTAINER.adoc declares CC-BY-SA-4.0 in its SPDX header, but this line declares MPL-2.0 without a scope. If this bullet describes the document, change it to CC-BY-SA-4.0. If it describes project code, label that scope explicitly.
