Rename dictask → dicta-task and re-base on rsr-template-repo - #68

- Mint from rsr-template-repo@05bf1b9 via just repo-init; port project code. - Rename modules/crates/packages/C prefix to dicta-task / DictaTask / DICTA_TASK. - Move schemas, config, deploy and root docs to RSR canonical locations. - Fill descriptiles (CLADE uuid re-derived, STATE, ECOSYSTEM, ANCHOR, rsr-profile). - Wire just build/test to cargo, cabal and zig; modernise FFI build.zig and replace the placeholder integration test with real ABI tests (8/8 pass). - ADR-0004: keep SQLite canonical; TaskStore trait; LMDB only as side store. Renames the project to dicta-task and rebuilds it on the current
rsr-template-repo(05bf1b9, minted withjust repo-init). The project code, schema and docs are carried over.After merging: rename the repo in Settings → General to
dicta-task. GitHub redirects the old URL.DictaTask.*, packagesdicta-task-*, C/env prefixDICTA_TASK_.schemas/andconfigs/moved tosrc/definitions/,deploy/tobuild/deploy/, and the docs todocs/.just buildandjust testnow run cargo, cabal and zig. The Zig FFI tests pass (8/8).Checks: root-shape, no-placeholders and validate-template pass. I could not build the Rust and Haskell code here because the sandbox has no toolchain for them, so CI is the first real build.
Closes #67 (automated permission probe, not a real issue).
