Extend Hypatia.Rules.DependabotAlerts (DA005-DA008) to emit routable
recipe tuples the FleetDispatcher can consume, mirroring the shape of
Hypatia.Rules.ProofObligation so Dependabot alerts stop being
report-only and start producing AutomatedFix verdicts where a safe
version bump exists.
- classify_alert/1: dismissed / no-upstream-patch / major-bump sort to
:substitute or :control; patch/minor bumps sort to :eliminate with
severity+ecosystem-tuned confidence (strict-semver ecosystems --
rust/npm/pypi/composer/nuget/maven/packagist -- get a small boost so
critical+patch bumps hit the 0.95 auto-execute threshold)
- to_recipe/2: returns the full recipe map (id, triangle_tier,
confidence, ecosystem, package, from/to version, cve, manifest_path,
alert_number, auto_fixable, requires_human, description, repo)
- fixes_from_alerts/3 + fixes_from_repo/2: bulk-convert a repo's open
alerts to {:dependabot_fix, recipe, pattern} tuples; non-open alerts
(dismissed/fixed) are filtered upstream of dispatch
- summary/1: one-line log formatter
FleetDispatcher.dispatch_routed_action({:dependabot_fix, recipe,
pattern}) routes each tuple through the Safety Triangle:
eliminate -> dispatch_eliminate_via_fleet (auto_execute when
confidence >= 0.95; otherwise rhodibot PR) with Kin
Gate + rate limiter + exclusion registry enforcement
substitute -> rhodibot PR (major bump / breaking change suspected)
control -> sustainabot advisory (no safe auto-fix path)
Safety nets that already apply to every dispatch also apply here:
- Kin Gate review (neural disagreement can hold auto-execute)
- exclusion registry (never touch forked upstreams, vendored paths,
non-hyperpolymath remotes)
- rate limiter (per-bot 50/min, global 200/min, burst 10/5s)
- quarantine (auto-quarantine bot on repeated failures)
Tests: 15 passing (7 new covering classify_alert / to_recipe /
fixes_from_alerts / summary + 8 pre-existing). Compile clean (only
pre-existing @doc-redefinition warnings on multi-head
dispatch_routed_action, not regressions).
Closes task #24.
