fix(gates): gate on the DEED grammar, per the template and standards#837 - #93
Conversation
Mirrors `rsr-template-repo/.github/workflows/deed-validate.yml` and standards#837 step 4. No `.a2ml` document is translated and no retained-input gate is touched.

- Line 305: Update the scorecard label near the DEED status row and its

represented: either include the .a2ml qualifier in the label or make the
predicate require a .deed file, while preserving current behavior for
repositories containing either accepted format.
- Line 305: Escape both Markdown backticks in the DEED label within the unquoted
here-document so Bash does not perform command substitution; preserve the
displayed backticks and the existing ${DEED_STATUS} interpolation.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Keep the K9 summary K9-specific.
When K9_COUNT is zero, this branch runs under ## K9 Contract Validation, but the changed text reports missing DEED manifests. This hides the K9 failure and gives users incorrect remediation context. Restore the K9-specific warning.

Keep legacy .a2ml acceptance visible in the scorecard label.
The predicate at Line 259 still marks any .a2ml or .deed file as present. This label names only the .deed form, so an .a2ml-only repository receives a check mark for a repo deed that it does not have. Retain the legacy .a2ml qualifier, or change the predicate to require .deed.

Escape the Markdown backticks in the here-document.
The scorecard uses an unquoted cat <<EOF here-document. Bash treats the backticks on this line as command substitution and parses <reponame>_chora.deed as shell syntax. This can emit an error and produce an empty or corrupted deed label. Escape both backticks:

Why
The guard in
dogfood-gate.ymlcounted.a2mlfiles only:so a repo whose manifest is written in the current grammar is reported as having none, and the
summary/compliance row is skipped by the same predicate (
if find . -name '*.a2ml' ... | grep -q .).The validator itself has scanned both grammars for a while -- the caller's predicate is the bug.
Authority
rsr-template-repo/.github/workflows/deed-validate.yml(the mint source) is what this wording iscopied from, byte for byte, including

.deedpresence alongside". Gate predicates, not document contents.deed-ecosystem/README.adoc: "The DEED format name and.deedextension are final, not A2ML."Deliberately not done
.a2mlfile is translated or renamed. #837 makes classification into the four DEED forms andper-family mapping specs a prerequisite for mass translation; that is not this PR.
