ci: instant-sync.yml lacks a FARM_DISPATCH_TOKEN presence gate #39

Closing: the gate it asks for is already there.
.github/workflows/instant-sync.ymlonmainis 1,486 bytes and does gate on
FARM_DISPATCH_TOKENbeing present before the dispatch step. Verified today.Worth knowing for context: the same defect is still real in two sibling repos —
januskey#58 (962 B, no gate) andmaa-framework#101 (1,009 B, no gate, plus a duplicated
actions-lockbanner line). Both dispatch tohyperpolymath/.git-private-farmwith a secret
thatgitbot-fleet#433 reports as returningBad credentialsacross supervised repos, which is
why an ungated step goes red on every push. Patches for both are prepared.
Dispatch step has no
