Aspect tests ignore Zig cache and prohibition-comment false positives. Add lifecycle, honest P2P skip, and Core spec guards. CRG recipes read docs/status/READINESS.adoc. Core syntax and checking judgements are specified; the checker is not claimed implemented. Refs: #5
