Finding

rhodium-standard-repositories/spec.scm/language-policy.scm asserted the same
inversion as the seed CLAUDE.md — it banned Bun and allowed Deno — and was
frozen at v1.0.0. Source: developer/.claude/checkpoints/2026-09-22-pipeline-delivery-summary.md §7 finding 13.

Acceptance criteria

• Module unfrozen from v1.0.0 and the inversion corrected
• .ts no longer appears in both the allowed and banned lists
• Module still loads under Guile
• The three distinct version numbers in scope are not conflated

Resolution — 8d22285f

Rewritten to 196 lines, 16 allowed / 16 banned, MODULE-VERSION unfrozen to 2.0.0.
Commit body records six dated ratifications.

⚠ Three version numbers meet in this file and must not be conflated: the module's
own MODULE-VERSION (now 2.0.0), spec/LANGUAGE-POLICY.adoc's :revnumber: 1.6.0,
and (spec-version) → (rsr version)'s rsr-version = 1.0.0, frozen
2025-12-27 — a separate artefact, deliberately untouched. A comment above
(spec-version) claiming it returned "this module's version" was false and was
corrected before the commit.

Verified: 44 assertions under Guile 3.0.10, module loads clean. The same suite
against the v1.0.0 file fails 29 of 44, including the .ts dual-claim — the
positive control that gives the suite teeth. That suite is not committed: see the
sibling issue on wiring it, which needs guile as a new CI dependency.
