MPL-2.0-or-later is not an SPDX identifier. The rhodium-standard-repositories README and its example/satellite READMEs are the template every scaffolded repo copies (988 local files in 88 repos carry the phrase today), so the source is fixed first. Carve-outs left untouched: satellites/palimpsest-license (that project's own declaration, owner-ruled carve-out) and the LANGUAGE-POLICY changelog line that records a past correction. Surfaced by a review finding on double-track-browser#93.
