Sequences tasks #2-#23 across standards, rsr-template-repo and scaffoldia. Measured rather than inferred: hashing all 555 deployed Mustfile.a2ml files shows they collapse to 203 bodies, with one byte-identical body appearing once each in 132 distinct repos. That is a bulk stamping pass, not template inheritance, which overturns the premise that fixing the template repos fixes the estate. Scaffoldia was checked for an emitter and has none. Reclassifies the migration: 71 repos already correct, 155 need a mechanical move, 3 diverge and need a human read, and a 76-file unclustered tail is the real expense. Draft - awaiting owner ratification.
The cut-off message was a mis-keyed enter, not an unfinished thought. Nothing was withheld, so it is not an open item. Leaves the CLAUDE.md Ubuntu/Debian path as the only outstanding loose end.
The task-list audit ran after the plan was written, so two things were wrong: - the abstract claimed to map #2-#23, but #1 is reopened and #24-#26 now exist - task #1 appeared nowhere in the plan, leaving a 240-repo sweep unplaced Task #1 was marked completed but 469 files across 240 of 382 repos still carry application/vnd.k9+nickel; the fix exists only as draft PR #711. It belongs in the Gate 0 sequence, since #711 cannot land until the merge clears.
…n hand-pick Corrects a wrong method in v0.1.1. source_hash is not a hash of canonical_doc; build-registry.sh computes it as 'git ls-files -s <home> | sha256sum'. Computing that for rhodium-standard-repositories/ reproduces the HEAD value exactly, so the chore/bump-standards-pins side is the stale one. Also notes REGISTRY.a2ml is a generated artefact that must not be hand-edited, gives the regen commands, and flags that standards#381 was closed 2026-07-27 while in-tree comments still call it unaddressed — this conflict being a fresh instance of exactly the drift it described.
