…elete) standards-map.toml records the measurement this plan never had: the upstream hyperpolymath/rhodium-standard-repositories 404s, and 8 of its 10 satellites (rsr-certifier, rsr-deployer, mustfile, robot-repo-automaton, META.scm, ECOSYSTEM.scm, state.scm, well-known-ecosystem) have no external home - the tree is the LAST COPY. The 'delete after extraction' passages in AFFIRMATION.adoc and REORGANIZATION-PLAN.adoc predate that measurement and are superseded: disposition is archive-in-place, do not delete. The spec/ extraction they did propose IS done (2026-09-17, byte-identical, canon.lock hashes unchanged). No files deleted; no live interface touched (the allowlist at the vendored path is a published estate-wide interface per the same map note).
