Owner

What

F3a write-back for owner ruling D142 (2026-09-30T14:10Z, scope: repo, standards#787 harvest): the LSP plugin embeds its OWN document converter; no docmatrix dependency.

Closes #96 on merge (ruling executed).

Changes

  • README.adoc: Ecosystem boundary section under tagline — own converter (server/src/core.rs + server/src/formats/), suite links (docmatrix#71, formatrix-docs, blocky-writer), non-goals.
  • docs/ecosystem/ECOSYSTEM.adoc (new): full boundary record as requested by Possible conversion-boundary overlap with docmatrix — flagging it rather than ignoring it #96 — ruling provenance (F10a), suite map, composition rules, re-ruling triggers, history.
  • .machine_readable/6a2/ECOSYSTEM.a2ml: machine-readable mirror (converter=embedded, docmatrix_dependency=false).
  • TOPOLOGY.adoc: boundary pointer (canon lives in ECOSYSTEM.adoc).

Provenance / conduct

Follow-ups (owner action needed — token scope)

  1. Post the close-out comment on Possible conversion-boundary overlap with docmatrix — flagging it rather than ignoring it #96 (D142 citation + write-back file list) — or close directly on merge.
  2. One-line note on docmatrix#71 for its README-link acceptance row (draft in session transcript).
