Follow-up to #80, finishing #67. #80 removed the 15 orphaned `.res.js` files (and `.git_corrupted/`), but #67 stayed open — the `Resolves: #66, #67` syntax only auto-closes the first issue. The same language purge (2966736) also left the ReScript compiler's **intermediate** outputs behind: - 29 `.ast` / `.cmj` files under `praxis/SymbolicEngine/{dashboard,graphql,swarm}/lib/ocaml/`, each mapping 1:1 to one of the 16 `.res` sources deleted in 2966736 (incl. `swarm/src/Coordinator.res`). No source, no `rescript.json`/`bsconfig.json`, nothing references them. ### Changes - Delete those 29 orphaned artifacts (pure deletion, no functional code touched). - `.gitignore`: give the blank `# ` section header its ReScript label and add `**/lib/ocaml/`, `*.res.js`, `*.res.mjs`, `*.bs.js` so build output can't be recommitted. Verified no currently tracked file matches the new patterns. After this, main carries 0 `.res` / `.res.js` / `lib/ocaml` / `lib/bs` files. This PR addresses two open issues with pure cleanup - no functional code changes:

.git_corrupted/- a complete committed git object store (246 files including packfile, branch refs, loose objects, hooks) that was sitting on main. This was dead weight confusing scanners, license sweeps, and secret scanners.Changes:
