please fix the compiler warnings. Otherwise, looks good: just wait till hyperware-ai/hyperapp-macro#18 is ready for merge and then merge away 👍

Problem
WIT parser made assumptions that no longer hold (specifically for HTTP handlers). Also fixed WS support (it worked but was never included in the parser). There were some warnings generated by caller utils that also needed an update.
