Fixes

• Preserve non-empty Docker environment values when SQLite contains an empty stored setting
• Fix APP_URL regression introduced in 1.42.18
• Fix /parametres EJS syntax error causing HTTP 500
• Compile all 22 EJS views in regression tests
• Update Docker Compose / Unraid / setup documentation for new required variables
• Add pull_policy: always
