Add a close button to status bar popovers such as AccuDrawShortcutsMenuButton and MessageCenterField

Component such as MessageCenterField, AccuDrawShortcutsMenuButton, SnapModeField, ToolAssistanceField, and ViewAttributesStatusField are used in the status bar of Substation+ App. When the pop-over dialog of these components is in open state, there is now way to close it unless the user click outside the the pop-over. This causes the AccuDraw to loose focus and interfere in the symbl placement process.

Describe the Solution you'd like

I am requesting that a close icon "X" should be added in the title bar or any other appropriate place in these components. Alternately these components can be self closing on user select if possible. See a sample of such icon in ViewAttributesStatusField component.
