This PR deprecates toolbar and widget opacity settings.
Additionally, changes the default opacity of widgets to
1(fully opaque) - this is used by toolbars as well.Lastly the glass effect is removed from the
Toolbarcomponent to align with https://stratakit.bentley.com/docs/components/toolbar/In the future, once
useStrataKitpreview feature is added (likely introduced by #1587), additional styling can be applied to better align with StrataKit toolbars.Testing
