Changes

This PR deprecates toolbar and widget opacity settings.
Additionally, changes the default opacity of widgets to 1 (fully opaque) - this is used by toolbars as well.
Lastly the glass effect is removed from the Toolbar component to align with https://stratakit.bentley.com/docs/components/toolbar/

In the future, once useStrataKit preview feature is added (likely introduced by #1587), additional styling can be applied to better align with StrataKit toolbars.

Does ModalFrontstage need a similar opacity change? I assume it isn't affected by this PR.

StrataKit uses solid backgrounds to ensure sufficient contrast everywhere.
