  • README: trim to user touchpoints (install, API, signals, output, permissions, privacy); drop marketing/validation/inline JSON dump (414 -> 193 lines). Full detector detail stays in docs/DETECTORS.md.
  • DETECTORS.md: tee_integrity_verdict is now CRITICAL (was HIGH) for any non-Verified boot; document os_modified_proof + verified_boot_key_sha256.
  • CHANGELOG: add [Unreleased] entry for the verdict severity change + proof fields.
