- Add `.github/workflows/docker-smoke-test.yml` to verify Docker image builds and starts healthy on both default and custom ports. - Add `.github/workflows/electron-smoke-test.yml` and a new Playwright launch smoke test for the Electron application. - Add `.github/workflows/web-smoke-test.yml` and a new Vitest suite that validates Vite builds, CSS thematic class inclusions, and HTML skeleton delivery via Hono endpoints. - Update `packages/electron/package.json` to include `@playwright/test` and `playwright` dependencies.
