Hi Iago, happy new year! This looks like an interesting use case that I would like to understand better. Would it be possible to create a simple demo workflow that I could use to test this functionality? If you create a working example, something like github.com/iagomosqueira/demo-software, then I can fork and experiment before getting back to you. Thanks! |

To use TAF and SOFTWARE.bib on a workflow based on installing the required packages, this function install either the latest or the declared versions of the packages in the file. For the second option, packages are installed from github, so it needs a dependency on
remotes::install_github, which might not be ideal.For the first, they are taken from r-universe, where even packages listed as from CRAN are available.
