This will allow customers to store their CodeQL configuration in a single repository that can then be referenced by Default Setup workflows in other repositories. Keep CodeQL action steps on the same release

With init and autobuild still pinned to 8aad20d... / v4.36.2, this step now runs analyze from v4.37.6 after the earlier step has written CodeQL's action config for v4.36.2. The CodeQL Action validates the stored config version against the currently running action version when analyze starts and rejects mismatches (Loaded a configuration file for version ... but running version ...), so every CodeQL run on push, PR, or schedule will fail before analysis. Update the other CodeQL steps to the same SHA/release, or keep analyze on v4.36.2.
