P1 Badge Keep all CodeQL steps on one action version

This bumps only autobuild to 4.37.6 while init and analyze remain pinned to 4.36.2 in the same job. The upstream autobuild action always loads the temp config written by init, and CodeQL rejects that config when its saved action version differs from the currently running action version, so every scheduled, push, or PR CodeQL run will fail before analysis instead of producing code scanning results. Please bump all github/codeql-action/* steps together to the same SHA/version.
