P2 Badge Restore uv cache pruning for v9

The v9 setup-uv action flips prune-cache from true to false, while its caching docs say caching is enabled by default on GitHub-hosted runners. Because this workflow runs a five-version ubuntu-latest matrix (and the same bare v9 bump is used in the other workflows), each run now saves the full uv cache, including prebuilt wheels, instead of the pruned cache v8 produced; that can quickly consume GitHub Actions cache quota/cost and evict useful caches. If the upgrade is meant to preserve the previous CI behavior, add with: prune-cache: true on these setup-uv steps.
