Exclude or reformat Markdown before bumping Ruff
In the PR workflow I checked .github/workflows/ruff.yml, uv sync installs the locked Ruff and then uv run ruff format --diff . runs over the whole repo. Ruff 0.16 formats Python code blocks in Markdown by default, and the existing README.md example is not formatted with Ruff's 4-space indentation inside the ModbusSerialClient(...) call, so this lockfile bump makes the formatter step emit a diff and exit non-zero for every PR unless the Markdown is reformatted or excluded.
