Pull Request Overview
Adds a GitHub Actions workflow to enforce Conventional Commit messages on pull requests targeting main.
- Introduces a new workflow file running a conventional commit validation action.
- Checks out the repository with full history and runs webiny/action-conventional-commits.
- Sets minimal read permissions for the workflow.
