New docs page for IDEMPIERE-7070 under v13: UI-independent OSGi extension points for report rendering (IReportContentRendererFactory) and post-processing (IReportContentProcessor) via Core API.

Source: wiki NF14_Extensible_Report_Content_Generation. Merge/port verified: master contains 28acd37703 (#3318) + 51e23355fe (#3349), release-13 contains ports c62ef7a922 + 6a38309b9e. No DB migration. Local Docusaurus build succeeds.
