Add a new paper on applications

The changes are as follows.

1. Add a new paper called "Noise-aware physics-informed machine learning for robust PDE discovery", which demostates an application of a noise-tolerant PINN-based framework on PDE discovery.
2. Add the link to code of "Adversarial Multi-task Learning Enhanced Physics-informed Neural Networks for Solving Partial Differential Equations" paper.
