Cut the first stable release. The 0.x series built and proved the full pipeline (multi-receiver 1090+978 merge, drone Remote ID, DB enrichment, FAA make/model, flags + alerts incl. orbit/predictive/spoof, journal, photos, metrics) against live receivers and a real broker; 1.0.0 marks the published MQTT payload contract (schema_version: 1) and the config/entity surface as stable. No functional change from 0.2.38. - Add the dashboard screenshot to the README (rendered from docs/demo/ — synthetic traffic around the White House, no real location) and refresh the status block (Beta -> v1.0.0; FAA make/model and spoof detection are shipped, not deferred). - Fix the example nearest-aircraft card to round distance to 0.1 nm instead of printing the raw float.
