This PR adds two things:
data_urlwhich is served by the proxy.travel_time_filter, making it a more generalisoline_filter.Minor change: the maximum time is increased from 120 minutes to 600 minutes, the actual upstream limit. Likewise, I also added a 50km distance limit.
