This PR implements issue #64 by removing the non-standard metadata fields x-collection-id and x-ign-defaultCrs from the generated OGC API Features collection JSON Schemas, updating the generator, tests, docs, and all committed catalog outputs accordingly.
Changes:
- Stop emitting
x-collection-idat the schema root andx-ign-defaultCrson geometry properties in the schema renderer. - Update documentation and unit tests to reflect the updated schema output.
- Apply the same metadata cleanup across all committed
data/catalog/**.jsonschema files.

- There are still a few occurrences left of
defaultCrsin the code (but none ofx-ign-defaultCrs), is that intentional? - Orthogonal to the current PR but the standard also allows
'x-ogc-role'to take more values than what is in the current schema (onlyidandprimary-geometry):primary-instant,primary-interval-start,primary-interval-end,primary-interval,typeandreference. Actually, anystringcan be used if I understand correctly, only the previous values have special meaning.
