Unused Library
The
cgtolibrary appears to be unused in the codebase. This PR removes it to avoid compilation errors caused by its inclusion.HDF5 Writes
The
hdf5library does not support writingndarray::arr0directly. This PR updates the code to use Rust slices for compatibility with thehdf5API.
