Adding quick start notebook for the ease of analysis.

I have basically made two changes

1. extract_data.py
   This file is modified so that the root path can be passed as an argument. It makes extraction easy and it can be included in the bash script
2. Notebooks/Coswara_Acoustic_QuickStart.ipynb
   This is a new file that addresses the use case of the dataset for analyzing cough sound samples, It includes steps like data importing and loading along with a few exploratory data analysis steps which can be further extended to create machine learning models. The purpose of adding this file is to reduce the stress of the researcher in preparing the dataset and to motivate them on focusing on research work
