Warning cleanup (29 → 0): - Remove dead code: soft_clip, MicroDelay, RampedParam, ReleaseSynth, queue_synth_pattern, FaderKind::Synth, unused synth instance fields, preset helpers, synth pattern helpers - Fix inclusive ranges in mouse.rs (0..3 → 0..=2) - Make synth_voice::Noise pub (visibility fix) - #[allow(dead_code)] on pub API items kept for completeness Demo kit delay sends: - Zero delay on kick, snare, clap, tom across all demo kits - Keep subtle delay only on hats, ride, cowbell where musical - Affected kits: Minimal, Lo-Fi, Electro, Ambient Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
