RareExchanger Readme:

Simply load the meta and start vtank while standing in front of the rare exchanger in any casino to start your exchanging.

Be sure to have enough mmds on hand!

If you want to keep another rare, you can always remove that rare's line from the default state. If you want to trade rares that it is set to keep, you'll need to add a line to the default state, and a new state for the rare exchange. Use other states as reference.
