Adds an 'Dane zrodel wody (OSM)' section to the About screen (Android + iOS) showing the water dataset version (dataVersion as YYYY-MM-DD), the fetch date (lastCheckedAt, or 'zestaw wbudowany' for the bundled baseline), the point count and the OSM attribution.
Android verified locally (assembleDebug + testDebugUnitTest green); iOS via CI.
