dictionaries, so the keys end up to be `undefined` in the EOSIOAccount as the constructor referrs to them as `publicKey` and `privateKey`

Fix: EOSIOAccountManager uses UPPER_CASE for key dictionaries, so the keys end up to be
undefinedin the EOSIOAccount as the constructor refers to them aspublicKeyandprivateKey
